The model which has been developed with our partner, the Allianz, is as simple as it is flexible. And, even more important: it makes a huge contribution to ensure your accustomed standard of living in old age.
You simply decide your monthly desired amount for your company pension. That amount will be subtracted from your gross salary and tax and social security contribution free reckoned. For that we will additionally pay you a grant. You will benefit from a public sponsorship as well as from our contribution as employer.
